Supervisor
The supervisor role at City Explorers involves working outdoors, coordinating the departure of our daily tours, welcoming customers and working alongside the team of guides to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Previous experience in customer service and team management is a plus but not essential. What matters most is being committed, flexible, punctual and professional, and keen to get involved in the growth of the project.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Responsibilities:
- Promote our range of tours
- Motivate the team to achieve its goals
- Ensure our tours are well and efficiently organised
- Look after customer relations and answer their questions, aiming for the highest level of satisfaction
- Report to and review the state of the business with management
- Cover administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Ability to manage teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude towards work
We offer flexible work, ideally 3 to 4 days a week, with the possibility of combining it with the tour guide role.
